Import PDF for Batch Upload in Supplier Dashboard

For suppliers, uploading a PDF file that contains product/service images, names, detailed descriptions, specifications etc. is now easier than ever.

Our system uses AI technology to extract key data and allow for one-click batch upload of product/service drafts for approval. This feature will significantly streamline the product/service upload process, saving time and reducing manual effort.

Follow the detailed steps below to complete the PDF Import process. Swipe left to view the images.

1. Click "Import PDF for Batch Upload" at the top right corner.

3. Please read the agreement, tick the checkbox if you agree, and then click "Continue".

4. Please check the current media storage here and read the reminders carefully. Click "Select File" to upload the PDF Catalogue from your local drive, or you can directly drop the PDF file. Then click "Continue" to upload.

5. You will receive an email notification once the batch upload is complete. You can also check the upload record marked as "In Progress".

6. Once you receive the email notification, you can access the filtered "Product and Service" page to check the drafted products/services extracted from the PDF.

7. Or you can click the "arrow icon" on the catalogue listing page to access the filtered Product and Service page.

8. Before clicking the "Preview & Submit" button to publish your products and services, please verify the extracted information, i.e. category, photo, name, product attribute, keyword tag, and description to ensure their accuracy.
